Problem With Your Order? Let Us Make it Right!
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, please let us know. We want to make it right. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date your order is delivered to request a return for a full refund. We'll cover the return shipping cost. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same unused condition in which you received it and also in its original packaging.
To start your return or if you have questions about your order, please contact us at support@alphaholders.com and explain the problem so we can address your request quickly. When your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damage and Other Issues
Our holders are assembled by our team with a series of parts that include the main cavity/back assembly, the security clip, and the glass screen. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item or assembly is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item. We'll quickly evaluate the issue and fix things for you. You may just need a few new parts instead of a complete product replacement. We can take care of that in short order to make sure you have what you want as soon as possible.
Issuing Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
